Keep liquids away from the display, buttons, seams, and battery compartment. Store the scale in a dry location and avoid placing objects on it when not in use.

We currently ship within the United States. Standard Shipping is $6 for orders under $49. Orders of $49 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee is charged. Return eligibility and instructions are governed by the VitalNesta Refund Policy.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted before the item is fulfilled. Because fulfillment or shipment processing may progress quickly, cancellation may no longer be possible once processing has advanced. If an order can no longer be canceled, the applicable return terms will apply after delivery.
