Care Instructions

Unplug the lunch box and allow it to cool before cleaning.

Remove the food tray and clean it separately with warm water and mild dish soap. Dry thoroughly before reassembling.

Wipe the outer lunch-box body and lid with a soft, damp cloth as needed.

Do not immerse the electrical lunch-box body, power cables, plugs, or electrical connections in water.

Keep electrical connections dry and make sure all components are fully dry before reconnecting to a power source.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads on the product.

We currently ship within the United States. Standard Shipping is $6 for orders under $49. Orders of $49 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee is charged. Return eligibility and instructions are governed by the VitalNesta Refund Policy.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted before the item is fulfilled. Because fulfillment or shipment processing may progress quickly, cancellation may no longer be possible once processing has advanced. If an order can no longer be canceled, the applicable return terms will apply after delivery.
